Ceramic fibre blanket

The dome insulation is a ceramic fibre blanket is produced from high strength ceramic fibres and is double needled to provide exceptional handing strength.
This insulation blanket keeps the oven hot inside and cold outside but also reduces the heating time and improves the heat retention for longer and more efficient cooking.

Note: Extra layers of blanket or base insulation will increase the efficiency of the oven (faster heating up time and a longer cooking time), this is recommended for commercial uses or if you need to reduce the amount of render on the outside of the oven. Additional blanket costs $70 per roll, base insulation: $70 per sheet.
