“Le Chef” pizza oven offers the home owner a number of advantages including:- The dome has 60mn thick refractory shell from a high alumina and silica formula that provides high heat retention and lower conductivity. This feature is strongly desirable in a wood fired oven for the oven's ability to absorb and hold heat.
- The composition of this high tech refractory material will allow the oven to heat up faster (about 30 minutes) and while the shell of the oven stays warm, the oven chamber can cook large amounts of food without cooling down.
The Refractory material used can sustain temperature up to 1350 C0 to guaranty a strong and durable wood fired oven.
- The cooking base of the oven is constructed of thick 65mn firebrick unlike most of the wood ovens on the market. This generous 65mn thick oven floor will cook pizza with a crispy base in minutes.
3 to 4 traditional Italian pizzas can be cooked on the spacious 900 cm diameter cooking floor.
