Wood fired ovens freight and packaging

Approximate size of the packaged oven on a pallet
L1200mm x W1200mm x H700mm and Weight is approximately 400kg. Note: When picked up from the Perth show room, a fee of $75 will apply if the oven is packaged on a pallet.

Handling your oven

The pallet will be loaded onto your ute, truck or trailer. Once you have reached your destination, empty the oven of all bricks and small items. Once emptied, slide the oven off the trailer so it is standing on its entrance, then use a hand trolley to wheel into place.

Wood fired ovens - Freight Pick up

When receiving your oven from the freight company, it is your responsibility to check the package carefully before it leaves the freight yard.
What to check for

Wrapping has not been opened or tampered with.
Any obvious missing or damaged items such as flue, stainless steel surround, door, fire bricks etc
Any damage to the refractory dome.

Please note: It is your responsibility to obtain a damage report immediately from the freight company.
