Ceramic Fibre Blanket
This refractory Insulation blanket is manufactured from alumina and silica materials, this ceramic fibre blanket can withstand temperatures up to 1260°. This product is light weight and flexible, the fibres interlock to form a strong resilient material, making it a highly efficient insulator, having low heat storage capacity and complete resistance to damage from thermal shock. Being easy to work with it is an ideal insulator to wrap over the top of the refractory pizza dome.
Helps to reduce the heating up time and prolongs the cooking time, efficiency it all about insulation!
Ceramic Fibre Paper
This refractory insulation paper is made from high quality ceramic fibres bonded with a low percentage of organic binder; it has excellent thermal insulation properties and good handling characteristics.
It has low thermal conductivity, good handling strength and a smooth surface.
Being light weight and resisting temperatures up to 1260°, it is resistant to thermal shock, being very flexible it is easy to handle, wrap, shape and cut.
Because of its smooth surface and 6 mm thickness it is ideal as the base insulator between the cooking base tiles and the ceramic fibre board.
Improves the heat retention for longer and more efficient cooking, place under the firebricks cooking base it will stop the heat to transfer unto the slab, creating a heat lost and risk to damage the slab.
Ceramic Fibre Board
This refractory Insulation board is a lightweight refractory material processed with alumina-silica fibres for applications at temperatures up to 1430℃ (2600℉).
This ceramic fibre board is a vacuum formed product that resists higher gas velocity than ceramic fiber blanket. Used as a base insulator or similar.
